For Static Emotes/Badges: The client will receive a batch of 500x500px static emotes in PNG format, with a preview image containing the emotes in different sizes where the artist’s signature will be.
For Animated Emotes: The client will receive a batch of 500x500px animated emotes in GIF format, with a preview image containing the emotes in different sizes where the artist’s signature will be.

For Rigging Only Artwork Type: please note that if the PSD provided needs parts editing, there might be additional charges. PSD consultations before starting the rigging commission are free of charge.
For the rest of the Artwork Types: the client will receive only the files ready for facial tracking.
Includes 5 toggle expressions and 3 animation/motions of client's choice with no additional fees. Simple extra parts for animation/motions such as hands included.
Includes 1 removable clothing article with no additional fees.
Does NOT include hand rigging.
*Character design complexity includes, but is not limited to: more than 4 accessory pairs, detailed armor pieces/sets, and half-creature character designs such as dragons, reptiles, insects, and amphibians.
A 50% down payment is required before the artist starts your commission request. After checking the artwork, 25% of the remaining commission fee is required before the illustration files are finalized, and then the last 25% is required before the final files are given to the client.
Rig revision phase is free until the 3rd revision within 7 days only. Anything beyond that will include additional fees.
Turnaround time: 3 to 4 months.
How to Order a Commission
Please submit a commission request via the Commission Request Form. The artist will contact you via email or private messaging once they’ve reviewed your form.
Make sure that the details and references you provide are complete to save time with discussing your commission request. If you're sending more than five reference images, please upload them to Imgur or GDrive to share as a link under the text description instead.
After you've finalized your commission request and fees with the artist, please pay for the invoice via PayPal.
Full payment via PayPal/BPI/GCash is required before any commission is started. However, the Live2D artwork category has a different payment method.

Terms of Service
Any other artwork category that’s not listed on the Pricing tab that the client wants to have made will be up for discussion via email or private messaging.
Commission progress will be conveyed every week via email or private messaging. Revisions are free until the final output of the commissioned artwork is ready to be delivered.
Additional fees for complexity will depend on the artwork size/category and are discussed before payment and production is done.
There will be no additional complexity fees if the artist is the one who suggested additional details.
There are additional fees should the client want to have some changes made to the final artwork(s) after receiving them. However, if it’s sizing issues for Emotes, and animation/physics issues with your Live2D model, the artist can resize/edit them free of charge until the 3rd revision.
As a client, you agree to purchase the artist's labor and a digital copy of their work only. The artist retains all rights to any commissioned artwork as their intellectual property and reserves the right to use them to promote themselves or their brand.
With this, please credit the artist’s Twitter account @freyadlrt when you’re posting the commissioned artwork online.
All artworks are for personal use only. Using the commissioned artwork(s) for commercial purposes will require additional licensing fees, which can be discussed with the artist via email or private messaging. As for the Live2D and emotes/badges artwork category, the commercial use fee only for livestreaming is already added to the listed price. Mass production for merchandise or reselling of the artist's artwork is prohibited or can be discussed with the artist.
Refunds
A refund can only be issued when:
The client finds the completed artwork highly unsatisfactory.
The client has paid in full and has requested for a refund before the commission is started.
The artist cannot fulfill the commission due to conflicts in schedule.
The client will be refunded when:
50% of the total commission price if the artwork has significant progress, or if the commission is already ready for delivery.
75% of the total commission price if the artwork is still only in its draft or sketch stage.
90% of the total commission price if the client wishes to cancel their commission after paying partially or in full.
100% of the total commission price only if the artist has not started the commission and cannot make progress due to conflicts in their schedule.
IMPORTANT! Please contact the artist before filing for a refund.
The files for the commissioned artwork will be deleted after the refund. If the client decides to request for a commission again, they will have to submit another form and pay the full commission price (and waitlist fee if all slots are full for the month.)
Agreement
By reading this document and submitting a commission request form, you agree to all terms, processes, and that you're above 18 years of age and have enough funds to purchase the artist’s services. With this, you also agree to contacting the artist first for refunds and corrections on your commissioned artwork(s) should there be any.
